The Shelby County Criminal Court Clerk’s Office has issued an official notice for the 31st 'Erase & Elevate' Expungement Clinic, Employment, and Community Resource Fair, scheduled for Saturday, February 21, 2026. The event will take place at the New Salem Baptist Church of Memphis, located at 2237 S. Parkway E., from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This public service initiative aims to assist residents in overcoming legal barriers to employment and housing by providing on-site expungement processing and community support.

Participating organizations include the City of Memphis Clerk’s Office, the Shelby County Health Department, the Mid-South Food Bank, and the Memphis Police Department (MPD) Neighborhood Watch. Representatives will be available to provide essential services, guidance, and support. Residents are encouraged to attend to access resources from West TN Legal Services, Operation HOPE, and the Shelby County Voter Alliance.
